Questions 7 - 10

Events A and B are independent if
P(A and B) = P(A) ∙ P(B)
or;
P(A|B) = P(A and B) ÷ P(B) = P(A)

Substitute in the values you're given and into conditions for independence. If the conditions aren't met, then A and B must be dependent events.
